Open Stage schwere reiter For one evening, we will open the stage of Schwere Reiter for selected artistic contributions by highly promising newcomers. In this Open Stage, they are given the opportunity to show their pieces or choreographic material to Munich’s audience and local dance experts. The format is a unique possibility for the audience to open up to new things, let themselves be inspired and, in addition to the already established artists, discover new artistic works. Who’s next? Since 1991, TANZWERKSTATT EUROPA has been establishing international and local artists in the field of contemporary dance and performance, thus creating a unique encounter space for the public. In its combination of performances, a discursive accompanying program and workshops for professional dancers and amateurs, it sets new artistic accents every year.
