Tai Chi Dao Yin consists of a series of spiral, circular, wave-like movements. They stretch muscles, tendons and joints, open up inner spaces, release blockages and lead to deep relaxation. This creates harmony between movement and breathing.

The aim is to harmonise our inner body energy, known as chi in Chinese, and get it flowing. Whether for dance, sport or simply for health awareness, it is about developing strength from the centre of your own body.

Thursdays, 10:00–11:15 am

Price per morning €13 / €110 (ten times)
No training during school holidays.

Organized by Chiang-Mei Wang.

Chiang-Mei Wang spent ten years with Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan, Asia’s leading dance ensemble. As a dancer and soloist, she has performed on major stages and at the world's most important dance festivals. Since 1994, she has trained at Cloud Gate Dance Theatre with Master Hsiung Wei “Tai-Chi Dao-Yin”. In 2002, he granted her a teaching licence.

The morning training sessions, evening courses and workshops listed take place at Tanztendenz, but are organised independently by the respective teachers. Therefore, please register and pay directly with the provider.
