Gina Lou Gleissner, Barbara Galli-Jescheck, Vanessa Thron: SELBST-TANZ-SEIN
What does it mean to be part of nature and to experience oneself within one’s own body? In the inclusive dance project “Selbst-Tanz-Sein”, 15 people with and without disabilities explore how the body resonates with light, wind and the changing seasons. Over a period of several months, dance, movement and collaborative artistic processes gave rise to individual forms of expression and new perspectives on coexistence in public spaces.
The closing performance highlights diversity, fosters connections and takes over public space through the body. Accompanied by live music, a moving exploration of nature, the body and community unfolds, driven by the participants’ individual forms of expression.
