The training is aimed at very advanced amateurs and professional dancers. It begins with a clearly structured, modern/contemporary warm-up that focuses on technique and prepares the body specifically for the work that follows. This is followed by extensive movement sequences that focus on dynamics, different qualities of movement, musicality and spatial awareness. The class combines clearly defined movement guidance and body-friendly technique with personal interpretation and individuality.
